My own mastermind needs to include those who have transformed their health. They are part of my own mastermind group, I am needing to talk with them learning to improve my health. It must include physiotherapist, someone who knows about nutrition, someone who knows about improving muscle strengthening around health.
L am going to transform my own health and become stronger. It’s building those friendships and relationships with those who can mastermind about improving my own health.
This is just as a minimum for my own health transformation. To become healthier its knowing and learning what my own body needs to function. To get it at optimum, that is a area that once saw with little cravings as I was giving myself its daily needs. It’s time to build that mastermind again.
