Ben if you are going to achieve Your goals by 27 Oct 22, you need a plan which will work for you. Which is going to help you stay on track whenever the junk is thrown Your way. You have seen your share of junk thrust towards you from the negative influences and relationships in your own life.
This plan must include the following.
1) A means to focus on and keep focusing on your health. Your lower back can be an asset, just like other injuries. However you have to keep it strong or your going to struggle repeatedly. Being focused on your health to give your family the best Ben you can for Life.
a) This means excercises daily
b) Going swimming regularly 3 times a week.
c) Eating healthy
d) Less sugar – its been a big battle on its own.
e) Physiotherapy sessions as needed.
2) Your family needs its focus to. Each of them need your attention, sometimes all of them at one time.
a) Dinner time, story time, bed time,
b) Days out with the family
c) Spending time with each of the family Jenny and Jamie. Jamie enjoys a lot what you have over the years. From trains, games, swimming.
d) You can even share your lessons from the family.
e) Holidays and day trips.
3) Business and entrepreneur
a) Sharing products
b) Sharing ebook
c) Sharing experiences in mlm / network marketing. Numerous companies over years starting as a teen and totally unaware the industry you were in. That goes from around 1997.
d) Sharing your own experiences as an entrepreneur or working for Yourself. Even when did contract work.
e) How many hello messages do you send daily.
f) How many times do you promote the team call.
4) Relationships
a) The lessons learned from building relationships over the years leading up to meeting Jenny. There were so many lessons, one of the biggest was the crowd who was listening to or around. It was not until came to mentoring for free that fully begun to understand just how could get around better influences, better relationships rather rather than those old tapes.
b) Sharing how to recognise the destructive attitudes programed for years through a simple choice of words which are said.
5) Personal development- how am I going to become more.
a) You tube, podcast, books, mff calls, magazines. The radio is playing the audio’s which want rather than chatter driving for work. Immersion in a call or book rather than the junk from life.
b) Think and grow rich lessons call’s, mff calls
For myself it’s been a journey and learning to put the plan into action. To get it all in place and working. It’s taken years of learning to become more and walk away from a number of destructive influences.
This plan needs to be reviewed regularly to see where can improve Ben. Who needs less time, who needs more time.
