💙👨‍👩‍👦👍 For years I would wake up with a stiff back owing to arthritis in the back from a number of disc issues and after applying defining gel my back is less stiff.

💙😀👨‍👩‍👦 Now that is a huge truth, I am just keeping on going towards the goal and it's going to be worth it in the end. Just keep on practising and making those strikes as eventually it will make a home run.
