❤🏃♂️😀 Health has had to become important. These days it's almost always necessary to wear a brace on right knee as can be in pain unless the knee is supported. In 1996 whist playing playing musical chairs the knee cap dislocated, these days it's strong just needs a little support.
💙😀👪 Started getting health on track.
💙👪🏃♂️ When first got started health was tough and needing a lot of work. Lots of injuries and working working on being healthier. It's taken years to have the strength that have now and to build that confidence which have within self. After many years batting low confidence. It's definitely been a journey.
