❤👨👩👧👦👍 My own health transformation, over many years I struggled with a number of health concerns. These included arthritis, Scheumans Disease, asthma, allergies. Along with having some as a child which were outgrown. Over the last 10 plus years I have worked on becomming healthier, fitter and stronger.
