One area that I needed to learn was being happy with myself as a person. Learning to accept who I was as a person it’s who You are as a person. It’s ok to be Yourself and to stop letting the naysayers run Your life. For many years I let those in my life run my life that they had the power to control my beliefs as a person.
It’s been learning that it’s ok to be You and that the only person
who’s opinion matters is Your own. It makes little difference the type of underwear that You wear as a person. A number of years ago I wore thong undies, now I stopped as was unable to get them anymore from the shop. Recently having got some made me remember that they were comfy for me. There are those who say they are uncomfortable it’s my own thoughts that matter.
Just like it’s ok to wear no underwear if Your happy or sleep naked. Feeling comfy sleeping naked during the summer is just part of who I am as a person. Each have their own belief system and we all need to choose what beliefs we hold.
As my amazing mentor Linda and Michael Dlouhy says all the time and in his book success in 10 steps “It’s none of my business what anyone else thinks of me it is only my business what I think of myself”. We all need to stop letting the beliefs of those in our lives run our life and live our dreams. If you want to be an astronaut I am happy to encourage that, if You want to work form home go for it.
If You want to be a parent enjoy, it’s Your life and Your own goal or dream.
So you need to be happy with who You are as a person and accept that stopping letting those in Your life get to You. It’s Your choice what You do with Your life.
