desire

whatever is within our hearts and we put our minds to is what will come to pass, right now own burning desire is for the best health and I am not going to stop to achieve such. its been a desire for many years with poor health owing to being uneducated in such. now I am learning to improve such and to have the best health that I am able to have.

its been a journey, yet when the conversation turns to going to the gym regularly, even the physio or doing excercises. I will say hey its own life, yet I am aware of the consequences for making those poor choices through not only seeing own health decline that of many others. I am going to work on own health until, attending the gym 3 days a week to keep strong, taking suppliments and eating well, yet doing excercises as needed which is daily just to maintain health. attending the physio and

pilaties to build strength.

over these last 20 years I have had to learn to deal with many health challenges and its only made me stronger as a person. I have needed to learn what has been motivating me to achieve such and realised that had it all around the wrong way. being unaware that the reason wanted the best health was to be able to experience life with own family, kids especially. I spent years upset that was unable to do what loved anymore until decided you still can just be careful.

When Barnes arrived at Eddisons door step looking for a job he had desire and it consumed him, he was determined to win and he stuck at it for many years. until one day he got the opportunity by selling a machine where none of Eddisons sales team were entusastic about. there have been many people who have achieved such greatness as they refused to give up and let their desire and persistence just keep on going. as Larry Griffen suggested in his lesson for chapter 1 it’s a marathon and not a sprint.

for years I was looking to get well quickly without realising that in order to improve own health I was needing to take those baby steps towards improving own health, yet I needed to change the diet and lifestyle to something contray to what knew growing up. that scared me for many years, yet its time to walk this road. I have worked on own health constantly for the last 7 years nearly now and it will continue until.

having finally found the equivalent advantage to that of own abilities which is now improve health and it will reward us handsomely.
