chapter 4 auto suggestion lesson

whist reflecting on this chapter I had a major aha moment about what was needed. for years I was focused on own inability to be able to do certain areas owing to disabilities. that controlled own life as I let such occur, it has come the time to change that thinking which has been ongoing for many years.

although I have lost over 40 kilos in weight and improved health and lifestyle, I was unable to get that it was more about improving health rather than just losing weight . for years it was more about losing weight rather than improving own health, so that was all that focused on losing weight rather than improving health. a motivational quote which posted recently finally helped to realize hey its about improving own health rather than losing weight. looking around what do we see we see those who say you need to go on a diet, rather than suggesting the person changes their lifestyle.

we see fast food shops which all are processed foods and high in the foods which are unhealthy for us yet they are everywhere. suggesting come in for a meal, what we see little of is the shops which are healthy foods.

its come to the time to say that I am healthy personally, rather than listening to the old programming and others about disabilities. this means an adjustment to self talk which is now “I am healthy, I am joyfully loving myself, I am joyfully in a relationship, I am joyfully giving through mentoring coaching and support, I am joyful I have everything that I need, I am very lovable”. I am needing to say such in order to remind such that its about being healthy rather than losing the weight.

yet to also remember that I have changed so many areas of own health already, it just means the adjustment of thought process which has been holding self back. for years being unaware that at the same time needed to change thought habits in order to reflect that health change too. it means regularly going to the gym to improve muscle strengthening and cardio health too, doing exercises regularly and eating healthy too.

a person needs to use auto suggestion (self talk) to work towards a goal allowing them to instill faith within that goal. rather than listening to the false programming which has been running for many years within their brains weather it has come from well meaning friends, family or advisors of some description. that just happens to be where our self talk comes in, saying such regularly and daily allows that changing of the mental programming on a subconscious level. however in order to be able to make that change we are needing to have an emotional reason driving us.

what is motivating own health improvement happens to be that own mum has diabetes and has to take insulin regularly, however there has been very little change within her own lifestyle and health since such occurred. I am working to allow self to be that beta parent to own family so that they have a father around who is able to do more with them rather than having to work all the time and has poor health. a parent who is healthy and eats healthy regularly.

I am needing to remember such regularly that I am healthy owing to a choice and I am able to improve own health. through improving own health I am able to create that income from home, yet its only going to happen as take more and more control over such and find those people who are wanting to do the same.
