What a wonderful message from Napoleon Hill, that people will move mountains when they feel they are able to trust you as a person. However you need to build that trust with them, in life we need to create that relationship of trust. From our personal intermit relationship with our partner, to the relationship with our parents. When a person knows they can trust you it works well, trust is about meaning what you say and doing such. That you keep your word, turning up at a meeting a job interview on time.
I have had many people who are unable to be trusted throughout own life as they will go out there and constantly go against what they say as a person. They may say it wasn’t your fault one time and then suddenly blame you for such. That breaks your trust in them, they may say yes we will do the job and suddenly decide not to turn up. That breaks a lot of trust, I have seen it happen in own life with own family. Saying oh yes I will come to your party and then changing their mind at the last minute especially when to you that person is the world.
So you need to show people that you are able to be trusted and follow through with your word. As my good friend and amazing mentor Michael Dlouhy says you need to create relationships of know, like and trust.

We human beings are the only creatures on earth who have the capacity for belief. That capacity, combined with our almost innate capability to distinguish right from wrong, provides us with a formidable power in our quest for a richer, more rewarding life. When you set goals for yourself, make sure they are based on doing the right thing for your family, your friends, your employees, and yourself. When others see that you are fair and just in your dealings with them and that you are a generous, principled person, they will move heaven and earth for you.
