The mental weeds of life.

A wonderful illustration about the weeds from Insight of the day. Sometimes we have to remove the weeds by walking away, sometimes we have to
realise that the relationship is too toxic and leave it to do or limit our own association with that person. Sometimes that is what has to be done to dig
out those weeds. Unfortunately the weeds can be in our environment and it means a complete relocation and change of environment for that person.
It also means programing your mind and digging out those weeds, removing the junk programing from your mind and becoming that person you were
intended to be.
The 30 day mental cleanse helps to remove those mental weeds from your programing.

“When weeds come up in your garden, it does no good to say, ‘There are no weeds, there are no weeds, there are no weeds…’ It doesn’t help to pretend they’re not there. It doesn’t matter how much you focus on the beautiful plants that are growing. The weeds aren’t going to disappear until you get on your hands and knees and pull them out. – In your own life, you can’t just ‘focus on the positive, focus on the positive, focus on the positive’, and expect your problems to go away. If there are some weeds, you have to deal with them.”
