This is certainly so very true, there are many people who expect to just get without giving. Some people expect money, some expect you to do things however when you ask for them to do something for you they often say no or get angry. There are unfortunately people who expect that you are able to get without giving anything else. Some people expect that they can just give in one way, yet its a matter of being able to give what you can.
Others expect that they can give and expect a payback rite away. This often has a lot to do with what Napoleon is talking about with todays lesson of the law of giving and receiving. That when you give love, you get love, when you give money, you often get money. It may be from a totally different source though yet a lot of the time it does come back, whatever you give will return to you.
