These last few months have shown a lot yet it has been the comments from friends and those who trust that are saying Ben you are a lot happier than you used to be. For me its feeding off Jenny and having someone who has been showing they care truly. Being able to do things and just enjoying it, for years the emotional energy was too low. There was barely any at all.
As a person we need to be able to show our emotional energy without fear, the hardest part is sometimes we can be so conditioned to be afraid to show any emotions at all. We need to be able to show our emotions and feel safe enough to express them despite any ridicule. So the true question is what excites you?
Kid’s is part of what really excites me, also a family of own, wife and kids. As Napoleon states love is not lost within our lives, yet it can be forgotten. Yet true love will never die for someone, weather it’s your best friend, your friends, family. Yet when you hate someone owing to the way they acted your entire world is filled with hate. That is the hardest thing and the thing that has to be overcome, the only way is to forgive and let go. I have seen this happen in many peoples lives including my own.
