What is a reason distributors quit.

From Tom Big Al’s newsletter, a very powerful truth on the reason a distributor has quit or left a company. It is owing to having no prospects coming through to talk to, they may love the company, the products. Yet without any prospects it does not help at all.

The real reason distributors quit.
Distributors don't quit because of the price of the product, the economy, because their upline has bad breath, or any of these trivial reasons.
Distributors quit because they run out of prospects.
Look at it this way. If a distributor had four hot prospects to see next week, would that distributor quit?
Of course not.
So our job is to teach our distributors the skills to have a constant supply of prospects.
Prospecting is easier if you have multiple sources bringing you new prospects weekly. For example, you may have a breakfast club send you prospects, or the Internet, or referrals, or advertising, or viral marketing, or ...
It is easy to be motivated when you have plenty of prospects. And, it is easy to make presentations when you know your future doesn't depend on a single prospect.

What is your prospect looking for???

A wonderful lesson from Tom Big Al on the asking the prospect what is important about such from their perspective and helping them to make the decision easier.

How to make your prospect's decision easy.
Here is an interesting definition of closing:
"Finding out if your sales presentation met your prospect's needs."
So the real close doesn't happen on the closing question. You could have the world's greatest closing question, but if your presentation did not address your prospect's real needs, you would fail.
How do we laser-focus our short presentation to exactly what our prospect wants?
We ask.
This simple question will help you talk about what your prospect wants:
"So what is important about _________ for you?"
Just fill in the blanks.
"So what is important about having a part-time business for you?"
"So what is important about having an extra paycheck for you?"
"So what is important about staying home for you?"
"So what is important about having more free time for you?"
"So what is important about losing weight for you?"
"So what is important about saving money for you?"
"So what is important about being your own boss for you?"
And now we will be talking about what the prospect really wants to talk about.
