Greatest Motivators

One of the greatest motivators of people is respect. Conversely, one of the greatest de-motivators is a lack of respect. Respect comes in many forms: a pat on the back for a job well done, encouragement, listening, awards or other special recognition.
In business, make sure that you acknowledge those achievers on your team with some sort of recognition. It inspires loyalty, motivates them to achieve even more and drives those not recognized to be recognized next time.
Whether it is in your personal life or your business, implement the tool of respect and create an even more productive environment!

Live now

"Start living now. Stop saving the good china for that special occasion. Stop withholding your love until that special person materializes. Every day you are alive is a special occasion. Every minute, every breath, is a gift from God."
