I like how Chapter 4 instructs us to go back and review over previous Chapters. Setting up for us the right path to whatever we desire to happen in our lives. Without the careful instruction, many would have missed the concept of auto-suggestion and the power behind auto suggestion.
This past week the power of auto suggestion was active in my life. Not all was positive and the negative was devastating to me and those around me. During this time, my mind remained in a “fog”. Once a dear friend brought me into the light, I was able to change my auto suggestion and feed my subconscious the pure and positive energy needed to set me back on the path of my true desire. This experience taught me the true power of auto-suggestion and the fact that I have a choice to moderate my thoughts and let only the positive through to the subconscious or to destroy my world and those around me by allowing the negative to rule my subconscious.
As I read the instruction of Chapter 4, I looked back at my method of action. Had I been following instruction all along? No. How many times do I have to hear or read this instruction to take action? Obviously one more time. When would be the right time to let go of resistance and properly follow instruction that will take me to a whole new level of understanding and success? Now is the time to let go! So, as I go through my morning routine something will definitely be different. Today is the first day I will make a positive change and use auto-suggestion with emotion to feed my subconscious mind the thoughts of my future as I intend it to be. We are Creators, we have the responsibility and power to create all that is good in our own lives. Now is the day to begin anew and create the life of your dreams.
