Selling is a person-to-person business. You cannot send the sales manual out to make the sale. Sales manuals have no legs and no voice.
In the sales profession the real work begins after the sale is made.
Salespeople should take lessons from their kids. What does the word "no" mean to a child? Almost nothing.
Even if you are new in sales, you can make up in numbers what you lack in skills.

Who we are.

Everyone is built differently although we have one of 4 core personality traits within us which defines who we are as people. Unfortunately some people have to hide their true self as they have been hurt by another person’s actions. Its part of life as a person, each of us must feel that we are free to be able to be ourselves and that we are not going to be criticised for being the person we are. Some people will put us down for who we are as a person or something we have achieved.

When we live a life of being told what to do, no you cannot do that and take it on board then it begins to control our own lives and we can no longer be who we are as a person. We need to get out of this environment where we are told what to think, how to act and be. It’s not easy yet it’s what happens and it’s great when we are capable of being ourselves as a person.
