Stress is such a big thing in peoples lives, some people become more stressed owing to factors in their lives or something that has happened in their childhood. Every person has what is known as a tolerance or threshold of how much they can handle as person when you get above such they become stressed. Everyone has a different stress reaction yet they are mostly the same for the males and females. People learn to cope yet often a low threshold for such could be because of a trauma in the persons childhood.
Each person needs to find a way to deal with their stresses, it can be meditation, withdrawing or talking with friends who you trust. It is hard to know how each person will react to stress or being overloaded. It is best to find a way to release that stress through a method that is good for you. For me personally it’s meditation I use a program here http://www.meditate.com.au/ which has helped me a lot.
